A flying visa is issued to foreigners who do not have a Congolese embassy or consulate in their country of residence. This visa allows the application to arrive in the DRC and a stay of up to 7 days in the place of arrival. If the applicant requires to stay beyond 7 days, he/she can apply for an ordinary visa upon arrival.
